Thanks to everyone who was part of the 2005 NK Challenge.

Once again, this event was a great success. We raised over $8,000 for the Philadelphia Community Boathouse Initiative (PCBI) - a group dedicated to establishing opportunities in the sport of rowing for underprivileged youth in the city of Philadelphia. (www.parowing.com/pcbi.html)

Mayor Street had hoped to attend the regatta, but unfortunately was unable to make it. He wrote a letter which was presented by a member of his office at the post-regatta party.

The Studley 4x of Cody Lowry, Sean Maloney, Chris Simon, Dan Urevick-Ackelsburg broke the existing course record, now set at 1 hour, 32 minutes, and 42 seconds.
